HOW TRACTION INCREASES BOTH LENGTH AND GIRTH
Since there is only ½ inch to 1 ¼ inches to be gained by pulling out the interior portion of the penis, how do so many men make such impressive gains? The answer lies in the unique aspects of tissue building.
To know how the TRACMAN increases size, one must first understand the principles behind the enlargement process:
Traction Enlargement Without Surgery The reason why so many have increased length without surgery (remember the primitives?) is an interesting phenomenon called tissue expansion (tissue building). You already know this occurs in other areas of your body when you work out properly. Simply stated, small tears (really just harmless spaces "popped open" between cell walls) occur when tissues are stressed completely. These small openings trigger a growth response, causing your body to divide neighboring cells to fill the void.
Repeatedly stressing the tissues, then allowing a short rest and growth phase between sessions, causes the organ to grow larger. Over the course of months, these workouts can produce millions of cells, eventually adding noticeable size.
Interestingly, girth of the area also increases due to the fact that your body will bulk the tissue fibers in order to support the stressin effect building a bigger "cable" to support the frequently occurring demands. This cell growth is considered to be PERMANENT in non-contractual smooth muscle tissue, like that found in your penis (in striated, or voluntarily contractual muscle, such as in your biceps, the gains will always atrophy or shrink somewhat when you stop working out, since your body wants to be efficient, and it knows that fueling big unused striated muscles uses precious protein and burns fat calories that might not always be available).
Traction Enlargement After Surgery Done properly, lengthening surgery involves making a small, single incision over the pubic bone and deeply separating the ligaments tethering the penis. Like releasing the parking brake of an automobile so that it can be towed, the penis can then be advanced forward through the use of traction approximately ½ inch to 1 ¼ inches over the course of about 3 to 12 months. At first, most men shrink back somewhat after surgery, but once the initial healing is complete (1 ½ to 5+ months), it begins to "settle out" with traction.
Using the correct surgical procedurewith minimal scarring and optimized tractionmany patients quickly see a flaccid length change of several inches. This is due both to dragging out what is inside, and also training away the dreaded "shrinkage" effect (that trait responsible for making so many men look less than their ideal when flaccid). Erect length changes more slowly, but a majority of patients with proper surgical techniques and / or traction see erect gains of 1 ½ inches or more.
